Most cells give you one or the other. A big-capacity 21700 usually taps out at 5A or 10A, and a true high-drain cell usually gives up capacity to get there. The NL2155HP holds both at once.

Will it fit my light if the manual asks for a shorter 21700?
Check the length before you order. At 75.3mm the NL2155HP is a protected cell, so it is longer than a bare 70mm 21700 and can be a tight fit in a light with a short tube. Lights sold with a protected Nitecore 21700 take it comfortably.
What does the 90 second note on the label mean?
The cell is rated for 20A continuous with a maximum duration of 90 seconds at that full current. That matches how torches behave anyway, since a turbo mode steps down after a minute or two to manage heat, then settles at a far lower draw.
How should I store a spare between trips?
Keep it part-charged rather than full or empty, in a case or a spares pouch where the terminals cannot touch keys or coins. The steel protectors and the film wrap guard the cell, and an insulated case removes the short-circuit risk entirely.
