2. Receive a formal quotation. We respond within one business day. Quotations include itemised pricing, MOQ where applicable, lead time, warranty terms, and shipping costs.

3. Procurement documentation. For tenders and government procurement, we supply ACRA business profile, GeBIZ supplier confirmation, Nitecore HQ authorized distributor letter, product compliance documents, and serial-number traceability records on request.

4. Order fulfilment. Confirmed orders ship from our Singapore warehouse. Ex-stock items typically ship next business day. Consignment-ordered SKUs follow Nitecore HQ production and shipping schedules; we confirm lead time at quotation stage.

5. Invoicing and payment. We invoice on standard commercial terms. Payment terms are negotiable for established corporate accounts and align with the relevant government procurement frameworks for public sector buyers.

Q: Can we evaluate sample units before a volume order? A: For qualifying corporate and government accounts, sample units can be arranged for evaluation. Email with the model and the evaluation context.

Q: Do you offer volume pricing? A: Yes. Pricing scales with quantity and is quoted per RFQ. Pricing remains within Nitecore HQ's authorized distributor structure.

Q: Do you stock the full Nitecore range? A: We carry the core Nitecore range domestically with capacity to consignment-order any SKU from Nitecore HQ. For SKUs not held in local stock, we confirm lead time at quotation.

Q: Can grey importers fulfil government procurement contracts? A: No. GeBIZ supplier registration requires verified UEN, ACRA registration, and documented authorized-distributor agreements with the brands you supply. Grey importers do not meet that bar. Authorized distributor status is a hard requirement for government procurement of branded equipment with manufacturer warranty.
